1. Educational & Informational Purpose

WWF Financial Services provides financial wellness education, credit education, financial readiness resources, tools, assessments, and general guidance intended to help individuals better understand their financial picture and potential next steps.

Information available through the website, Knowledge Center, Financial Wellness Blueprint™, WWF Playbooks™, assessments, articles, tools, and educational resources is provided for educational and informational purposes.

WWF Financial Services does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or individualized investment advice through its general website content.

Certain products or professional services may be offered separately where WWF Financial Services or an affiliated professional is appropriately licensed or authorized to provide them.

2. Complimentary Financial Wellness Review

The Complimentary Financial Wellness Review is an educational and informational starting point designed to help users identify financial priorities and potential areas for further consideration.

Completing a Complimentary Financial Wellness Review:

• does not enroll the user in a paid WWF Financial Services program;
• does not obligate the user to purchase any service; and
• does not guarantee eligibility for or results from any WWF service or third-party product.

If additional information, including credit information, is required to complete a requested assessment, the user may be asked to provide separate authorization.

3. Credit Report Authorization

If a user elects to receive a credit assessment or other service requiring access to credit information, the user may be asked to separately authorize WWF Financial Services to access and review applicable credit reports.

Submitting a general website form or accepting these website Terms & Conditions alone does not constitute authorization for WWF Financial Services to perform credit improvement or dispute services.

Credit improvement services require separate enrollment, agreements, authorizations, and disclosures.

4. Credit Improvement Services

Credit improvement and dispute assistance are only provided to clients who separately enroll in an eligible WWF Financial Services credit program.

Specific services, fees, cancellation rights, client responsibilities, required disclosures, and other terms applicable to credit improvement services are governed by the client's separate service agreement.

Nothing contained in these general website Terms & Conditions replaces or modifies a client's signed credit services agreement.

Before credit improvement services begin, clients must complete and sign the applicable Credit Services Agreement and receive and acknowledge all disclosures and notices required under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), applicable California law, and other applicable consumer protection laws.

These credit-service agreements, authorizations, disclosures, and cancellation notices are separate from these general website Terms & Conditions.

5. Third-Party Credit Monitoring

Certain credit-related services may require enrollment with a third-party credit monitoring provider.

Credit monitoring is not provided or billed by WWF Financial Services.

Fees, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and other terms are established by the third-party provider and are subject to that provider's terms and conditions.

Clients who wish to cancel third-party credit monitoring are responsible for cancelling directly with the third-party provider. Cancellation of WWF Financial Services does not automatically cancel a third-party credit monitoring subscription.

6. No Guarantees

WWF Financial Services does not guarantee any particular credit score increase, deletion or modification of credit-report information, loan approval, mortgage approval, interest rate, financial outcome, investment result, insurance eligibility, or other specific result.

Financial and credit outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of WWF Financial Services.

Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report simply because it is negative.

7. Referrals, Affiliates & Third-Party Products and Services

WWF Financial Services may provide information about or refer clients to independent third-party professionals, companies, products, or services that may be relevant to a client's financial goals. These may include lenders, real estate professionals, insurance providers, financial institutions, credit monitoring providers, financial products, technology platforms, or other service providers.

WWF Financial Services may maintain referral, affiliate, marketing, or other business relationships with certain third parties. Where permitted by applicable law, WWF Financial Services may receive compensation, commissions, referral fees, or other benefits in connection with certain referrals, products, or services.

When WWF Financial Services has a financial relationship that may be relevant to a recommendation, appropriate disclosure will be provided.

Clients are not required to use a professional, provider, product, or service referred or identified by WWF Financial Services and are encouraged to evaluate available options based on their individual circumstances.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, third-party providers are independent from WWF Financial Services. WWF Financial Services does not control and is not responsible for the services, advice, products, pricing, underwriting decisions, eligibility requirements, performance, or actions of independent third parties.

Third-party products and services are subject to the applicable provider's own terms, conditions, qualifications, fees, privacy policies, and other requirements.

8. Knowledge Center & Digital Resources

Access to certain WWF Financial Services resources, including the Knowledge Center, may be limited to clients with an active eligible service.

When a client's eligible WWF service ends, access to restricted Knowledge Center content and other client-only resources may also end.

Materials provided through the Knowledge Center are for the client's personal educational use and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially used without permission.

9. Financial Wellness Blueprint™ & WWF Playbooks™

The Financial Wellness Blueprint™, WWF Playbooks™, assessments, educational materials, templates, frameworks, graphics, and other proprietary WWF resources are intended to support financial education and decision-making.

They do not guarantee a specific financial outcome and should not be interpreted as individualized legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

10. Intellectual Property

WWF Financial Services website content, branding, Financial Wellness Blueprint™, WWF Playbooks™, graphics, written materials, educational resources, frameworks, and other original content are owned by or licensed to WWF Financial Services and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

11. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using WWF Financial Services forms, assessments, tools, and services.

Recommendations and educational guidance may depend upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the user.

12. Privacy

Use of personal information submitted through the website is subject to the WWF Financial Services Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

WWF Financial Services may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
